These terms and conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement governing the use of the v7v7 platform and its services. When you open an account, register, or use any service on v7v7, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please refrain from using the services. v7v7 reserves the right to change or revise these Terms at any time.

General Terms

v7v7 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services to users in Bangladesh. All information, games, and transactions on v7v7 are governed by these Terms.

Account Registration

To become a member of v7v7, you must complete the registration process with accurate and complete information. Each person may open only one account. Attempts to open multiple accounts will result in those accounts being closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Correct date of birth
• Valid mobile number and email address
• Current residential address

2.2 Account Verification

v7v7 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A National ID, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Registering with false information may result in permanent account closure.

2.3 Account Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. If unauthorised access is suspected, the v7v7 support team must be notified immediately. Sharing your account details with others is strictly prohibited.

Age and Eligibility

All casino and betting services on v7v7 are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Minors will not be permitted to register or use this platform. If an account holder is later found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and a refund of deposited funds may not be possible.

• It is the member's responsibility to confirm they are 21+ at the time of registration.
• In cases of doubt, documentation may be requested as proof of age.
• Parents and guardians are requested to keep this platform out of reach of minors.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on v7v7 are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• The correct amount and reference number must be used when making a deposit.
• Deposits will be processed after account verification is complete.
• Depositing from a mobile banking account registered in someone else's name is not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• The mobile banking account used for withdrawal must be registered in the member's own name.
• Incomplete or suspicious withdrawal requests will not be processed without verification.
• Withdrawal requests will not be approved if the wagering requirement for a deposit bonus has not been met.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or fraudulent, v7v7 reserves the right to place it on hold for investigation. Accounts linked to money laundering or fraudulent activity will be permanently closed.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

v7v7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Each bonus has its own specific terms that must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the balance to ৳2,200, and a total of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once per account — multiple claims from the same device, IP address, or household are not accepted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Winnings obtained using a bonus may be forfeited if the terms are violated.
• v7v7 reserves the right to withdraw or change any promotional offer without prior notice.
• Bets placed with the intent to circumvent bonus terms will be considered void.

5.3 Other Promotions

v7v7 runs various promotions including a weekly deposit festival, slots bonus, cricket frenzy rewards, birthday special gifts, and a refer-a-friend reward. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are stated in that promotion's details. It is necessary to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

VIP Program

v7v7's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit, given as a percentage of the net loss for that week.

• Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver tier: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. Example: a Silver tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Changes in VIP tier depend on the member's overall activity. VIP benefits may change without prior notice.

Game Rules

All games and betting services available on v7v7 are operated according to specific rules. The rules for each game can be found in that game's description or in the game provider's guidelines.

• A game result may be voided due to a technical error — in that case, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If a game is cancelled due to a disconnection, it will be settled according to the standard rules.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage (software bots, manipulation, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to benefit from bonuses or promotions is prohibited.
• Attempting to interfere with v7v7's game software or systems is prohibited.
• In sports betting, match fixing or placing bets using inside information is strictly prohibited.

v7v7 reserves the right to restrict or cancel any bet or transaction if a rule violation is suspected.

Account Suspension and Closure

v7v7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a member's account in the following situations:

• Evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• Fraud, deception, or money laundering is suspected.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• The account holder is found to be a minor.
• Registration was completed with false or misleading information.
• An attempt is made to exploit vulnerabilities in the system or software.

A member may also voluntarily request account closure. In that case, all funds due will be returned after proper verification, but bonus funds will be excluded.

Privacy and Data Protection
